Refunds & Return

Local Gyan believes in helping its customers as much as possible and, therefore, has a liberal cancellation policy. As a company conducting workshops, we will not be able to offer refunds 5 days before the workshop begins. The inventory for the workshop is purchased before the workshop begins, ensuring we are prepared for all activities. If the cancellation request is made before 5 days, we will retain 5% fees as transaction cost for the payment platform and return the rest.

• In case of non-satisfaction of the workshop sessions, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the team has checked and determined the same at their end. This should be reported within 2 days of conduction of the workshop.

• When the complaints are accepted and the refund is initiated, it’ll take 6-8 business days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
